Our Fees
We charge the tenants £150 + VAT for up to 2 adults and £75.00 + VAT for each additional tenant.
Our initial letting and advertising charge for landlords is just 50 % of the month’s rent.
Our managed service is a tailor made service which will be discussed with individual landlords.
